Statside keeps the results and statistics for amateur football groups of any size. If something isn't working, or you have a question about your account or your group, get in touch and we'll help.

Email statsideapp@gmail.com. Include the name of your group and, if it helps, a screenshot. We aim to reply within two working days.
Common questions
- How do I join a group? Ask your group's admin for the invite code, then enter it when you create your account or from the Profile tab under "Add group".
- How do I start a new group? Create an account, then use "Add group" on the Profile tab to create one. Share the code it gives you with your players.
- I can't sign in. Check the username or email and password you registered with. If you still can't get in, email us from the address on the account and we'll help you reset it.
- A result is wrong. Group admins can open any result from the Results tab and update or delete it. If you're not an admin, ask one of your group's admins.
- Ratings or goalscorers aren't showing. Both are switched on per group by an admin in Group settings, on the Profile tab.
- How do I delete my account? Profile tab, then "Delete account". This removes your login and group memberships straight away. See the privacy policy for what happens to results you were part of.
